The crew at Drone on the Lake did a great job for us inspecting a few different warehouse buildings in and around Chicago and Northwest Indiana. They had the project delivered to us way ahead of schedule and were very patient and accommodating when we changed the work orders up a few different times on the other properties. The owners are a nice couple as well. Every time I sent Paul a Text I heard back within an hour or so, or he would pick right up. You don't see that a lot these days. October 17, 2022

We were told by a roofer that our roof was bad and needed to be torn off and replaced. There was a big storm a few days earlier and he was replacing shingles on my neighbor Lisa's house, so I asked him to take a look at ours which was about 18 years old. The roofer just viewed the roof from the ground and an iPhone camera from different paces around our yard. He showed us a bunch of lousy low resolution pictures that we couldn't tell much from. After he left my husband who's 83 yrs old wanted to go up on his ladder to see what he could see. It's a Victorian style home with very steep peaks and valleys and I didn't want him on a step ladder, let alone one those expandable jobs. We called around and found Marlene and Paul and they came out the next morning. With his (somewhat noisy) drone he did his thing and gave us a few dozen high resolution pictures of every nook and cranny of our roof. Except for a bent piece of flashing, the shingles were in great condition. We think the roofer just wanted to sell us a roof. I think they might have saved us over $15,000, with a $50 roof inspection. I am a big fan of these guys now! October 3, 2022
